$35 per travel day
Minimum: $100
Ideal for solo travelers, couples, and small groups seeking a fully customized, curated itinerary designed around their unique travel style.
Flight support is available as an add-on and is not included in Custom Escape Planning.
Custom Escape Planning for 5+ People
$50 per travel day
Minimum: $250
Group travel requires enhanced coordination, communication, and logistical detail. This rate ensures your group escape is thoughtfully curated from start to finish.
Flight support is available as an add-on and is not included in Custom Escape Planning.
Vacation Package Sourcing
$40 per person
For travelers interested in pre-designed vacations—such as guided tours, cruises, or resort packages—I provide streamlined support to help you identify the best options for your dates, interests, and budget.
Vacation Package Sourcing includes research, vetting, comparison, and presentation of high-quality packaged travel offerings, along with guidance on logistical housing and ground transfers associated with the package. This service helps you choose confidently while avoiding the overwhelm of sorting through countless options.

If you only need help choosing where to stay, I offer streamlined lodging support.

This service simplifies the complexities of airfare research and ensures you receive clear, informed recommendations that align with your schedule, preferences, and budget.
This fee may be waived for business or first-class flights.

Every journey begins with your Discovery Fee — a small investment that reserves your spot in my planning calendar and unlocks your personalized consultation and proposal.
After submitting your Discovery Fee, you’ll receive an email to schedule your Discovery Consultation, where we’ll explore your travel goals, dream destinations, and budget.
This conversation helps me understand your vision — so I can design an itinerary that’s as meaningful as it is memorable.
Step 2: Design
Develop your personalized trip plan.
Once I understand your vision, I’ll begin designing your custom itinerary — complete with your Escape Estimate, Cait’s Picks, and curated recommendations. This stage is flexible and collaborative. Together, we’ll refine routes, experiences, and details until your escape feels perfectly balanced and authentically you.
When your itinerary is finalized, you’ll receive your CaitEscapes Travel Blueprint — your interactive, mobile-friendly itinerary designed to make travel effortless from start to finish.
Step 3: Depart
Delight in the journey.
With your itinerary in hand and every detail accounted for, it’s time to embark on your escape.
